About Us

Rebalance Performance and Wellness empowers children aged 7-14 through specialized mental, physical, and endurance training, focusing on developing a  

multi-sports focus. 


Youth aged 15-18 are trained as peer mentors, fostering leadership and a sense of community. Educational support is also offered through tutoring, all within a trauma-informed environment to help young athletes thrive.

What Problem Are We Solving?
 Many young athletes and their families struggle to find programs that offer a well-rounded approach to both physical performance and mental resilience. Current youth sports programs can be intense and overwhelming for parents, without a clear structure for long-term growth.
 

Rebalance Performance and Wellness is addressing this gap by offering a holistic, AI-enhanced program that balances athletic training, education, and leadership development in a supportive, trauma-informed environment. We aim to build confident athletes while empowering families through a community-driven, nonprofit model.
