As Chief Education Officer at Inner-City Arts in Los Angeles, Collette brings over 26 years of experience in arts education, program leadership, and community engagement to her role.

Her journey began as a dancer, choreographer, and arts educator, where she saw firsthand how creative expression transforms young lives. Today, she champions mental and physical wellness connections, helping young people unlock their full potential by fostering confidence, self-expression, and resilience.

At Inner-City Arts, Collette leads groundbreaking programs that inspire creativity and holistic growth. She’s a master collaborator, mentoring teaching artists, building community partnerships, and designing programs that uplift students and families. Collette’s leadership is guided by her academic achievements, including a Doctorate in Educational Leadership for Social Justice from Loyola Marymount University.
